UK Delivery

For all UK orders, turn around time is usually 2 - 3 days for charms, 1 - 2 days for lockets and next day for any non-personalised products. All orders are posted 1st class recorded so should then take a further 1 - 2 days for delivery.

International Delivery

All international orders take the same time to produce as UK ones, but shipping can take longer. Standard shipping takes 5 - 7 working days. If you need your order faster, we can use DHL but this comes at a cost of £24.95GBP but means your order can be delivered within 48 hours of shipping
