With every piece we make, we will put any left over enamel from the creation process into a little glass keep sake for you. We aim to make 1 per piece ordered. I.e order 3 charms, get 3 keepsakes free! Any left over ashes will be returned with your order too

Yes! All our charms are designed to be Pandora compatible and fit other brands such as our own too
All of our personalised photo and even ashes/hair jewellery are waterproof.
However, it is advised to avoid contact with chemicals like hair colouring, tanning, chlorine etc. All the usual times you would take jewellery off anyway
Ideally your flowers should already be dried. You can find hints and tips online.
We will make sure they are dry when they arrive, if you cannot dry them we can do this for you. However, this will add to the time it take to make them and you'll want them to be delivered to us next working day
Once we recieve your ashes, the turn around time is approx 10 working days. This is an aim though, not a gaurantee
You can choose a faster delivery option at the end of the checkout
Once your order is placed, it can be impossible to make changes, especially if we have already physically started making it.
A few petals can be enough for one charm, the more the merrier! Any left over, where we can, we will send them back with your order
